Hi! I'm Lori,

Mental Nutrition - Slooowwwwwwww Down

Published 5 months ago • 1 min read

Hello, Reader,

I'm back with some more tidbits for feeling more alive in who you were created to be.
I hope you don't mind me showing up in your inbox again.
It is my joy to work with people - especially those who like to conquer goals so they can live at their best (for both them, and the people around them!).

Two quick bites on Mental Nutrition . . .

1). Stop Comparing . . . AGAIN! The minute you compare yourself to others, is the minute you lose confidence in you! When I get discouraged, distracted or off course, I am usually trying to measure up to someone else's gifts, another's expectation or the devil's mischievous and misleading thoughts. In the end - this is never worth it! So, I challenge you to stop comparing. You can do it.

2). Slow Down! Take time to pray and listen to the one who made you. He made you perfectly in His image. Want to improve how you feel about yourself? Just. Slow. Down.

If you haven't already, grab a free discovery call so we can find out which resource is best for you!

Here for your journey,

Hello, Reader! This is the last email in our nutrition sequence! You may be asking - what is spiritual nutrition?! Our spiritual well-being has to do with our relationships. How are your relationships? We have our relationship with the One who made us - our Creator, our God. Are you connecting with Him? Are you taking time to pray, be grateful for your life and the love you can receive from Him? Then, we have our relationships with others. When we are filled up spiritually through our faith,...

Hello, Reader! How are you today? I wanted to pop back in and share some more tips and ideas about keeping yourself feeling physically on your game. No time to read it all? That's okay! Pick one area below to focus on and let the rest go. Small steps take us up big mountains - one small item (step!) below is all you need. 1). Stop Comparing. What makes you, well, you? What is one unique appreciation you have for yourself? What might you wish you had that someone else has? In this moment, I...
